The location was ideal for our stay, but the

room lacked basic amenities and was not as clean as expected. The nearby restaurants were great, but I wish room service had been available during our stay.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The room we were given had a musty smell and we struggled with the lack of hot water. Despite notifying the front desk staff, nothing was done to resolve these issues during our two-night stay. It was frustrating to feel ignored while facing such significant inconveniences.

i really enjoyed my stay at the hilton garden. the room was cozy, and the air conditioning kept everything at an amazing temperature. the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I loved the heated saltwater pool. it was a great way to relax after a long day. proximity to shopping and fiesta texas was a big plus!

Too many hiccups in the stay to overlook. The musty smell in the King Room and lack of hot water were major disappointments and overshadowed any comfort the room might have had. Additionally, parking fees caught us off guard, feeling like an unwelcome surprise on top of everything else. The shower had weak water pressure and a slimy feel to the water, which isn’t exactly the refreshing experience I hope for. Some electrical outlets didn't work at all, causing issues when trying to iron clothes. I expected better maintenance for a property of this brand.
